Apple published unified EU business terms on 18 August 2026. Commercial terms take effect 1 October. Headline commission is not the model. Do not enable alternative in-app processing or link-out unless you already remitted EU VAT, staffed refunds outside Apple, and have a written four-path model on last-90-day EU digital revenue.
If you only use IAP, Apple says no product change is required. Read the pages. Do not select a new payment combination.
